Dear Parents and Guardians:

Thank you all for participating in our annual Catholic Schools Week.  We had a really fun week.

FACTS ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN.  NO SCHOOL FEES WILL BE ASSESSED UNTIL JUNE 1 FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT.  In June 2024 a seat deposit (K-8) for $200 or (PK) $350 must be submitted to continue to hold the seat for your child.  Please note this fee is non-refundable.  The Facts fee of $25 or $55 depending on payment will be subtracted once approved by the bookkeeper.  Please note:  Financial Aid will not be applied for current families until end of July and new family applications until Sept.

FINANCIAL AID FOR K-8 STUDENTS THROUGH THE FACTS PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR.  PLEASE GO TO ICSLOWELL.COM WEBSITE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE APPLICATION PROCESS.  All applications must be completed on line along with all requested forms through FACTS.  80% of all financial aid will be distributed in June and 20% in September.  Applications will be accepted through May for current families.  Taxes for 2022 and W-2’s for 2023 must be uploaded to FACTS in order to be verified for a scholarship.  MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR THE 2024-2025 school year.  If you need help, feel free to reach out to me.

We again ask parents to supply a water bottle with your child’s name on it so they can fill it during the school day at the water bottle filling station.  If it has their name on it, we can get it back to them if they lose it.

PRINCIPAL EVALUATION
On Monday, February 12 all faculty, staff and parents will receive a survey from the Archdiocese of Boston Catholic School Office to be used as part of my 3-year principal evaluation.  This will be emailed to you through the FACTS system.  The last time this was conducted was during the Covid pandemic.  Every 3-years the results are compiled and read by the Archdiocese of Boston Office of Catholic Schools and then are given to me in a report.  I ask that you complete this survey on my behalf and thank you for taking the time to do this.  The Archdiocese asks for all surveys to be completed by Friday, Feb. 16.  The Assistant Superintendent will be coming to visit Father Sannella and myself with the results on Tuesday, Feb. 27.  Thank you again for your support in this matter.
