THANK YOU faculty It is astounding that we are wrapping up the last full week of the 22-23 school year this week!
It has been a wonderfully productive and successful year and we are proud of the progress each one of our students made. GREAT JOB STUDENTS!
THANK YOU faculty and staff for your dedication to our students. THANK YOU parents and families for your support and dedication as well. Our community is a blessing for us all.
Our grade 8 students will be graduating on Wednesday, June 7 at 6 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church. Congratulations to our grade 8 graduates. We are so proud of your hard work and accomplishments and wish you the best of luck in high school.
Congratulations, also, to our PK and Kindergarten students who will be graduating on Thursday at 8:15 (PK 3 at their classroom), 9:15 a.m. (PK4 at ICS Caf and 10:15 a.m. (Kindergarten at ICS Caf). Great job on a year well done! We are looking forward to seeing your continued success next school year. PK4 and K families may want to park either in the hospital parking garage or down by the church for easy access in and out. This is the last day of school for PK and K. Parents who wish to have siblings attend the ceremony at the PK3 may bring their child to the event and have them sign in late.
All Tuition is due for the 2022-2023 school year. No report cards will be given to students who still have a tuition balance.
Financial Aid: Families who qualified for the 2022-2023 school year and have submitted all forms and were approved for next year 5% will have their amounts applied in June 2023 to their FACTS account. New families that have applied will be approved in August and put in their account by September.
We're looking forward to Field Day on Tuesday, June 13 at Cawley Stadium and wrapping up this school year with a closing Mass at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14. Have a great LAST FULL WEEK OF SCHOOL!
NEXT YEAR CHANGES: Mrs. Kathleen Lawton will now be an in class teacher as a Reading Support person to help students with Special Needs. She will also be working with handwriting and phonics to support grades K-4 students. There will be a new teacher for grade 2 for the 2023-2024 school year. She will be signing her contract soon. She is an experienced teacher who has taught at Lowell Catholic as well as St. Michael’s School.
We are currently searching for another junior high teacher since there will be 2 grade 6 classes, 2 grade 7 classes and 1 grade 8 for next year. As soon as we finish interviewing we will let you know.
Ms. Caplice will be changing her grade from grade 4 to grade 3 next year since there is only one 4th grade class. She will be working with Mrs. Farias. We also congratulate Ms. Caplice on her marriage as she will be Mrs. Steele.
Also, as stated before PK4 and K-2 will be moving their classrooms over by the PK3 area located under the church. This will allow the younger children to use the fenced in area for play etc. and parent pickup will be easier for some families that have one child. More information will be coming about hot lunch and kids club for those programs.
