ICS CLASS NOTES: 05/29/23 - 06/02/23

LAST WEEK FOR FINANCIAL AID
The Catholic School Foundation has notified us that they are now extending the 5% increase for current families that are on financial aid and qualify again for the 2023-2024 if the paperwork is submitted by June 1. All documents must be submitted and approved by that date. Otherwise, if submitted later, families will receive the same financial aid as you did this year if you continue to qualify. New families may apply now. Families will be notified by Sept. 1, if they are approved.

CURRENT TUITION
All TUITION FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW DUE. Pam Dougherty, our bookkeeper, will be calling all families with an outstanding balance.

2023-2024 TUITION BANKING INFORMATION
We ask all returning families to please go on FACTS website and confirm your banking information for the next school year. Once you approve it, it will be sent to Pam Dougherty, our bookkeeper for approval. No funds will be taken out until June 1 for the deposit of $200 (K-8) and $350 (PK). Please note that the FACTS Company does have a charge of $55 for signing up for the 10-month plan and $25 for the 2 payment plan. If you choose to pay by credit card, there is also a fee. THANK YOU for your attention to this matter. Please also note, PARENTS WHO RECEIVED FINANCIAL AID AND WERE APPROVED AGAIN FOR THIS YEAR WILL HAVE THEIR AID APPLIED IN JULY WITH THEIR 5% INCREASE. The Archdiocese of Boston is letting us know who applied by the June 1 deadline and if you received the 5% increase.

WARM WEATHER UNIFORMS
Students may now wear their warm weather uniform of khaki shorts and polo shirts. Please note: all uniform pants or shorts must be purchased through Donnelly's. Please also note students should be wearing the correct uniform socks. Per our handbook the following are acceptable: Crew Socks - colored SOLID white or navy; there should be no emblem, stripes or ped socks.

DRESS DOWN ATTIRE GUIDELINES
Please note that students who dress down must follow the dress code. We do not allow short shorts, (they may be no shorter than 1 " above the knee) or ripped jeans shorts or pants. No midriff shirts may be worn. Please review the ICS Handbook if you have any questions. Students who wear shorts should bring in a pair of pants in case their shorts are deemed inappropriate for a Catholic school setting.

SEEKING TECHNOLOGY TEACHER FOR '23-'24 YEAR
ICS is seeking an energetic full-time Technology teacher to work with our team of teachers. Classes and schedule will be made in July If interested, please call Miss Fiorino at 978-454-5339 to schedule an interview.
